Fillable Form Assignment and Assumption of Service Contracts

This form is used by a seller's agent or escrow officer when on the sale of a property the seller assigns contracts to a buyer for services rendered by others on the property, to document the assignment and delegate to the buyer the seller's rights and obligations under the service contracts assigned.
