Fillable Form Ucc 1 Financing Statement

This form is used by a seller's agent or escrow officer when on a carryback sale the price includes the transfer of personal property which will be additional security for the carryback note, to document the creation of the security interest and file it with the state to perfect the seller's security interest in the personal property.
