Fillable Form Carryback Arm Addendum

This form is used by a buyer's or seller's agent when the buyer will use seller financing with an adjustable interest rate for the purchase of property excluding a buyer-to-occupy one-to-four unit residential property, to prepare an addendum to a purchase agreement or a counteroffer with a seller carryback note providing for an adjustable interest rate.
