Fillable Form Substitution of Trustee and Reconveyance

This form is used by a mortgage holder or a trustee service when on payoff of the mortgage the trust deed will be released from record title by use of a substitute trustee, to appoint the replacement trustee who then reconveys the trust deed from title to the property it encumbers.
