Fillable Form T1158 (2020)

Form T1158 is used to register a support agreement with the CRA. The first part of this form concerns the two parties involved with the agreement: the payer and the receiver. In the case of eligible support payments, the receiver must claim as income what the payer claimed as a deduction.
