Form VSA 66, Application for Transfer and Supplemental Liens, or referred to as the Virginia Vehicle Title Transfer form, is a legal form used by the residents of Virginia to apply for a transfer or supplemental vehicle lien from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

How to fill out the Virginia Vehicle Title Transfer form?

Application Type

  • Supplemental Lien

Transfer of Lien means transferring a vehicle to another individual while there is an existing lien on the said vehicle. If you are applying for transfer of lien, you must comply with the following:

  • Submit an original title
