As a Basic plan subscriber, you may upgrade to a Pro or Enterprise plan. To do this, you need to access your account dashboard. Click on Upgrade at the top-left part of the page to view your options. This will prompt a pop-up box to appear, giving you the option to upgrade to either a Pro or Enterprise plan.

As a Pro plan subscriber, you may upgrade to an Enterprise plan. To do this, you need to access your account dashboard. Click on Upgrade at the top-left part of the page to view your option. This will prompt a pop-up box to appear, giving you the option to upgrade to an Enterprise Plan.

As an Enterprise plan subscriber, you may add more members to your account. To do this, you need to access your account dashboard. Click on Upgrade at the top-left part of the page. This will prompt a pop-up box where you can determine the number of members you will add to your account.

 

When will I be billed after subscribing?

 

Your card will be charged instantly when you subscribe to a plan. You will receive a detailed receipt via email. Moreover, depending on your subscription plan, you will be billed monthly or yearly.

 

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

 

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. To do this, go to your dashboard and select the account setting menu. Under subscription settings, you may update your plan.

Yes. Through the account setting on your dashboard, you can update your billing information. PDFRun will use your current billing information to bill you.

 

 

Do you store my payment information?

 

PDFRun uses third-party billing services and has no control over these services. Rest assured, we commit to keeping your data secure and safe by using only third-party billing services that utilize encryption technology to protect your payment information from illegal use.

For subscriptions, the debit or credit card details our clients use are stored in the payment gateway’s database in order to process their subscription renewals for payment cycles easier.
